Let’s get your brand noticed and followers engaging online! Our Social Media Audit helps us to assess how we can help you better your social media to correctly represent your brand. In this service, we focus on what matters! 

This session is ideal for those who are uncorrelated and receive little to no engagement on their social profiles. Services will be offered during this consultation, but are not required to be purchased unless stated by the client. This consultation provides you with up to 1 hour to talk with PTG’s CEO Kaniyah Smith, or a fellow representative of PTG Design Studio.

This consult comes paired with a "Social Media Marketing Planner". In it you will find the strategies discussed, peak times to post, hashtags to use, and how you may use it to your brand's advantage.


Please note the following details

* This session is limited to 1-hour max.

*  Any time over the mentioned time above will result in a 25$ overtime fee. This fee will be assessed on your invoice and sent directly to you. Failure to pay this will result in legal repercussions.

* If you choose to cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, your fee paid will not be refundable.

* IF you need to reschedule your appointment please feel free to email with the following information:


    * Please include the following information: Your first and last name, contact email, and the appropriate time that works for you.

* You and the representative you speak with are allowed a 15 minute grace period. IF 15 minutes have passed then your appointment will be canceled.

Due to the business nature of PTG Design Studio, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 7 days once an order is placed. This also applies to payment plans. If an issue occurs on behalf of PTG Design Studio or the time frame is exceeded, then a complimentary service will be given.

By purchasing a service or opting into a payment plan you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.



PTG DESIGN STUDIO is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by customer will cause delays. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your tracking information. Once our carrier (UPS, or USPS) receives your package it is then in their hands not PTG Design Studio's.



PTG Design Studio works on projects in the order they came. We offer a Rush Fee service that guarantees 3 to 5 business days to complete a service. Web Development can take up 21 business days. Graphic Design can take up to 15 business days. Please note these are estimates, if we have everything we need the time frame will be shortened. If there is a certain day you wish to be done by let PTG know and we will work diligently to make it happen.
