Due to the business nature of PTG Design Studio, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 7 days once an order is placed. This also applies to payment plans. If an issue occurs on behalf of PTG Design Studio or the time frame is exceeded, then a complimentary service will be given.
By purchasing a service or opting into a payment plan you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
PTG DESIGN STUDIO is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by customer will cause delays. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your tracking information. Once our carrier (UPS, or USPS) receives your package it is then in their hands not PTG Design Studio's.
PTG Design Studio works on projects in the order they came. We offer a Rush Fee service that guarantees 3 to 5 business days to complete a service. Web Development can take up 21 business days. Graphic Design can take up to 15 business days. Please note these are estimates, if we have everything we need the time frame will be shortened. If there is a certain day you wish to be done by let PTG know and we will work diligently to make it happen.
